At LAHAA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges within 2 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

• Refunds are available within 2 days of purchase for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Conditions

• Customers may try the item while the courier is still present to ensure correct size and fit. If unsuitable, it can be returned immediately with the courier.

• Sale items and discounted products may not be eligible for a refund but can be exchanged unless otherwise stated.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
